Do you have challenges reserving space and planning events at Tufts? Well, you are not alone. University-wide feedback confirmed that it is in fact a pain point held by many at our university. We want you to know that we heard you and Tufts will be launching an upgraded EMS (Event Management System) – Reserve Tufts – providing enhanced functionality to improve the experience of reserving space and planning events at Tufts.

On July 15, Tufts will be launching phase I of Reserve Tufts, a one-stop shopping experience for room reservations and event planning. Now you will be able to request and reserve rooms using a more modern and user-friendly interface with many more features. This short (seven-minute) video will show you what to expect.

TuftsAlert system

In a significant emergency the university will attempt to communicate with the community through a variety of methods. Use of the latest available technology provides us with several ways to reach community members through public postings, information hotlines, and an emergency alert system integrating telephone, text messaging and email.
