Student Services is continuing their commitment to paperless processes that better meet the needs of faculty, staff, and students. This past spring we launched the paperless SIS Access Form, and this fall we launched a paperless Incomplete Contract and Enrollment Correction Form. As always, the Incomplete Contract and the Enrollment Correction Form can be accessed through SIS, while the SIS Access Form can accessed from the Registrar’s website. To ease the transition, we will continue to accept paper enrollment correction forms through the fall semester only. Please make sure to securely dispose of any paper copies you may have in the office.
