The University has adopted specific Standards of Professional Conduct and Integrity applicable to all faculty and staff.  The Standards are designed to communicate our shared values and the University’s commitment to upholding them. They address fundamental expectations for interacting with one another, upholding confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest and working with vendors and contractors, using university resources, maintaining accuracy in financial reporting, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and conducting research in an ethical manner.   

To make the relevant policies easy to find, the Standards of Professional Conduct and Integrity includes links to the key university-wide policies that are in place to support them.

In a significant emergency the university will attempt to communicate with the community through a variety of methods. Use of the latest available technology provides us with several ways to reach community members through public postings, information hotlines, and an emergency alert system integrating telephone, text messaging and email.
