- In the next week you may receive an email from Tufts Office of Research Administration (ORA) with a link to the internal customer satisfaction survey. The objective of this anonymous survey is to learn how and whether our faculty and administrators are satisfied with the level of service that ORA provides. We estimate that completing this short survey will take approximately 5 - 10 minutes. ORA will use your feedback to design improvements to our services that will best meet the needs of Tufts faculty and staff. With many initiatives underway at Tufts we realize that your time is extremely limited. We do however hope that you will be able to respond to this survey. We value and appreciate your input!
Tufts Emergency Alert System
In an emergency the university will attempt to communicate with the community through a variety of methods. Use of the latest available technology provides us with several ways to reach community members through public postings, information hotlines, and an Emergency Alert System integrating telephone, text messaging and email.
