Tufts' Effectiveness in Administrative Management Project Update

As the TEAM Project assesses opportunities for Tufts to operate more efficiently and effectively, we continue to seek input from all three campuses. In addition to more than 125 interviews and meetings with staff and faculty conducted to date, the Deloitte consulting team will meet individually with 35 faculty members in the coming weeks. Also, the consultants will be attending faculty meetings at each school to seek input. The scheduled meetings so far include:

  • February 13: Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine
  • February 28: School of Dental Medicine
  • February 28: School of Medicine
  • March 6: School of Arts and Sciences
  • March 18: Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy

Tufts Emergency Alert System

In an emergency the university will attempt to communicate with the community through a variety of methods. Use of the latest available technology provides us with several ways to reach community members through public postings, information hotlines, and an Emergency Alert System integrating telephone, text messaging and email.
