- The 2012-2013 Tufts Community Appeal (TCA) campaign is nearing its end but there is still time to make a donation. Contributions can be made until the end of December.
Many thanks to all the university faculty and staff who have already contributed.
The seventh raffle drawing for the TCA was conducted on December 14. The TCA Steering Committee is pleased to announce the following Tufts community members as the winners of $50 gift certificates.
Julie Flaherty, Medford/Somerville Campus
Samuel Kounaves, Medford/Somerville Campus
Maryanne Wolf, Medford/Somerville Campus
Anonymous, Medford/Somerville Campus
There is still one more raffle drawing for a variety of $50 gift cards, which will be drawn January 4. More importantly, your gift can still make a difference. Every contribution goes a long way in supporting so many worthwhile causes. Whether you helped make it possible for a student to attend Tufts by pledging to financial aid; supported one of our host community agencies by donating to the Tufts Neighborhood Service Fund; or donated to an umbrella charity which supports many worthwhile causes, every contribution is important.
If you have misplaced your pledge form, you can print one at the TCA web site at http://universityrelations.tufts.edu/tca. You can also make your donation through payroll deduction using e-serve.
Please note that it is not necessary to contribute to the Community Appeal in order to participate in the raffle.
If you have questions about contributing to TCA, please call x7-3780.
Tufts Emergency Alert System
In an emergency the university will attempt to communicate with the community through a variety of methods. Use of the latest available technology provides us with several ways to reach community members through public postings, information hotlines, and an Emergency Alert System integrating telephone, text messaging and email.
